Order Processing
Stated delivery times are estimated within business hours and do not include order processing time. Your order will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.
When checking out, please supply a physical address where someone will be present to sign for delivery between 9am–5pm weekdays. Please note we do not take responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver's end due to customs requirements.

Occasionally we run free shipping promotions. Sign up to our mailing list to be notified. Promotions are applied at checkout.
Returns
You may return any product purchased online within 7 days of receipt (excluding final sale items). Items must be returned unused, unaltered, unwashed, with all original packaging and labelling intact.
Returns can be made via gregory.net.nz or at any of our physical stores. To return via our online store, contact customerservice@gregory.net.nz to request a return authorisation. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the item was incorrect or faulty.
Exchanges
Please email us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange. Exchanges can be made via gregory.net.nz or at any of our physical stores. We cannot guarantee merchandise availability for exchanges. Once received, your new item will be dispatched within five working days.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five working days. You will be notified by email. Your bank may require additional days to process the transaction.
Customer Account
You can shop at Gregory without creating an account. However, registering allows you to: track orders and review past purchases; save your address for faster checkout; and preview new collections via our seasonal lookbook.
Secure Shopping
We accept Visa, Mastercard and all major credit cards. Your statement will show Gregory Limited — a New Zealand registered company.
